Anamika Gupta
Founder & Knowledge and Evidence Synthesis Specialist
 With more than 15 years of experience across education, gender, youth, and social impact, Anamika has led strategy, evaluation, and evidence synthesis engagements with multi-lateral organisations, INGOs as well as Non-profits and social impact consulting firms. 
She specialises in developing evidence informed program designs and strategy, translating complex qualitative and mixed-method data into clear, decision-ready insights
Sunil Pappu
Co-Founder & Head of Visual Sense-Making
Sunil is an award-winning screenwriter-producer. He  is a veteran TV executive producer with two decades of crafting stories for international brands like National Geographic, Sony Entertainment, ESPN and MTV. 
He has a bachelor's degree in engineering from IIT, Kharagpur, a master's in TV and Film from Newhouse School, Syracuse, New York and a master screenwriter certificate from ScreenwritingU. He is also a member of the Screenwriters Association, Mumbai, since 2020.
Aditi Pathak
Thematic Lead - Climate Change Education
Aditi is a social impact specialist with more than 15 years of experience working with the UN, Think Tanks, NGOs, Corporations, and governments.

Since 2009, she has been working at the intersection education for sustainable development, global citizenship and digital learning. She is a perpetual learner and deeply committed to addressing climate change and leveraging technology for education in marginalized communities.
Monika Malviya
Evidence and Insights Associate – Public Health Nutrition
Monika is a Public Health Nutritionist and implementation researcher with experience working across diverse geographies in India alongside national and international NGOs and government partners. 

Since 2019, she has focused on strengthening maternal and child health, improving nutrition outcomes for adolescent girls, and enhancing service delivery and utilisation among vulnerable urban and rural communities. 
She brings a strong understanding of grassroots systems, migration-related vulnerabilities, and gendered challenges that shape access to services, working closely with frontline workers, key stakeholders, and beneficiaries to translate evidence into practical, community-responsive action. 
She also maintains a keen interest in synthesising research into high-quality knowledge products that drive learning and informed decision-making.
